Organic Spaghetti Squash

Grown in Mexico 

This wonderful squash can be eaten exactly as its name implies - like spaghetti! Simply cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Puncture the skin with a fork, then lay the squash flat side down in a casserole pan with about an inch of water, and cover with foil. Cook at 400 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Once cooked, scrape the inside of the squash with a fork for a plate full of noodle shaped veggie!
