Returns and Refunds
At Zadie's, we pride ourselves on providing the freshest local produce alongside a complete lineup of dry goods and other groceries.
Perishable items, including fruit, vegetables, flowers, meat, cheese, dairy and other frozen or refrigerated foods, cannot be returned.
Orders for these perishable items (above) cannot be cancelled.
We know websites can be tricky. If you make a mistake in placing an order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will resolve the issue. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns of nonperishable items are typically not allowed, but we will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Freshness and Substitutions
We try very hard to deliver the item you bought in the freshest possible condition. However, occasionally an item spoils unexpectedly. If we can substitute a comparable item, we will. If we do not have a comparable item, we will call you to authorize a similar substitution. If there is no comparable substitution, we will refund the item.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
