Delivery and Pick Up
We deliver a full line of groceries throughout the Asheville area Monday through Saturday. Our routes typically run between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
We cannot accommodate specific delivery times currently, although we are working on that capacity. If you would like to request a specific time, we are happy to consider it. If you live in a central part of Asheville, it's possible we can do it!
Free Delivery Zones
We are pleased to offer Free Delivery Zones in several central parts of the Asheville regional area. These locations include downtown Asheville, North Asheville, West Asheville, Woodfin, Weaverville, Marshall and Mars Hill.
Free Delivery Zones are based on a 1-mile radius from a central point, usually a town hall or landmark. They are not based on the town limits, and they are definitely not based on postal addresses, which tend to be very large.
Below is a map of free delivery zones.
Delivery Area and Rates
Our delivery radius is quite large! Customers in central areas of Asheville benefit from free delivery (see above) or rates as low as $2.75, depending on location.
A typical delivery rate is between $4 and $10, depending on location. Our checkout system will calculate your exact rate at checkout.
Keep in mind that rates are based on your distance from central points throughout our service area, so areas at the edge of our service area may have fees as high as $60 or more.
Below is a map of our service area. The overlapping large circles show our delivery service area, and the small circles are the Free Delivery Zones.
Curbside Pick Up
We are pleased to offer quick and easy curbside pick-up for your grocery orders. Our first brick-and-mortar location is under construction, but we're pleased to be able to offer pick up at our sister company, Carolina Flowers. The address for pick up is 62 South Main Street in Marshall, across from the First Baptist Church. Look for the sign that says Carolina Flowers Mercantile.
Ring the bell, and we'll bring your order to you!
We can't wait to offer you a curated shopping experience in our first brick-and-mortar location at the Old Marshall Jail. The building is scheduled for completion in Fall 2020, and we will be open by Spring of 2021 -- hopefully sooner.
Curbside pick up and delivery will remain part of our business after the store opens.
Our building is called the Old Marshall Jail, a historic landmark at the center of downtown Marshall. Click here to learn more about the renovation and our plans for the building.
